some of the laser cut pieces are “made-to-order” - What does that mean?

Laser cut pieces, especially the larger wall art and stationery items, can take a long time to make, and also take up a lot of storage space. It’s not feasible to always have a good stock of them on hand, so some designs are cut, painted, and assembled only after an order is placed.

This does mean there can be longer processing times than the standard 1-2 business days for these items. As a general rule:

Pins and Jewelry: add an extra 2 business days of processing time.

Wall Art and Stationery Items (trays, pencil cups, etc): add an extra 3-4 business days of processing time

Custom Laser Cut Art: will vary based on the level of customization, but will usually add an extra 3-4 business days plus the time needed for designing.

What size are the stickers and buttons?

All sizes are listed in the product descriptions!

can I buy an individual button instead of the whole set?

Unfortunately no, buttons are only being sold in sets right now. Sorry!

are the stickers weatherproof?

All stickers are generally recommended for indoor use only. Though they are water resistant to a degree, they are not weatherproof and won’t hold up over time on things like car windows or bumpers, or anything that gets soaking wet regularly.

will [insert specific design] be turned into a product?

I’ll be continually editing the shop inventory, adding new designs that seem popular or removing ones that aren’t doing as well. I don’t take specific requests for designs to become merchandise, but I do ask for feedback on my Instagram and will always make announcements there about the addition or removal of products! Shipping & returns questions


How do you ship products?

All packages are sent through the USPS. Flat items like stickers will be mailed in a cardboard mailer or an envelope with a stabilizer piece to keep it flat; and larger items will be bubble wrapped and mailed in recyclable polymailers.

How do you calculate shipping fees?

Shipping is calculated based on the USPS rates for packages. Cardboard mailers and polymailers are considered packages by the USPS, and therefore have a higher shipping cost than regular envelopes. Packages are also shipped from the United States, so will cost more for international destinations.

The shipping cost is kind of expensive…

how long will it take for my item to arrive?

Shipping times will vary depending on where the package is going; international orders will take longer, especially if your country has a specific customs process. I ship using USPS First-Class Mail, which usually delivers in the United States within a week, but will take longer internationally.

Please also keep in mind that shipping times are delayed everywhere right now due to COVID-19, and may result in packages taking longer to arrive. Items are packaged and processed within 1-2 business days (please keep in mind, I’m a one-person business and do all the processing, packaging and shipping myself!)

Do orders come with a tracking number?

Packages (i.e. cardboard mailers and polymailers) will be mailed with a tracking number per USPS’ standard for First Class Mail. Individual or small orders of stickers (4 or less) will be mailed in a regular envelope and do not come with a tracking number.

MY item came damaged, can you replace it?

Sometimes things get damaged in transit, and that totally sucks! If your item(s) arrived damaged, please let me know via my email address along with pictures of the damage within 5 days of receiving it. I’ll get a replacement to you ASAP!

Do you do refunds?

All sales are final so no refunds*, sorry!

*The one exception is damaged products; if your item is damaged upon arrival and you don’t want a replacement, a refund can be arranged when you contact me.
